A bill to amend the Atomic Energy Community Act of 1955, as amended, to authorize the Administrator of Energy Research and Development Administration to make assistance payments to the Los Alamos School Board and the County of Los Alamos, N. Mex., after June 30, 1976, in the case of the Schools and after June 30, 1977, in the case of the County.

Authorizes the Administrator of the Energy Research and Development Administration to make assistance payments for municipal services to the cities of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and Richland, Washington, the Richland School District, the Los Alamos School Board and the county of Los Alamos, New Mexico, after June 30, 1976, in the case of the schools and after June 30, 1977, in the case of the county.

Sets forth guidelines which the Administrator shall use in determining the amount of such payments.

Provides that the Administrator shall, not less than six months prior to the expiration of such assistance, make recommendations to the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy as to the need for any further assistance.

Allows the Administrator to reduce such assistance by an amount, as the Administrator determines equitable, based on municipal services being performed by the Energy Research and Development Administration.
