A bill to establish an independent Federal Aviation Agency.
Independent Federal Aviation Agency Act - Establishes the Federal Aviation Agency to be headed by an Administrator who shall be appointed by the President. Provides that the duties and functions of the Secretary of Transportation related to aviation shall be transferred to the Administrator.
Provides that this Act shall have no affect on rules, orders, determinations on proceedings effective at the time this Act is passed.
