Authorizes the Devils Lake Sioux Tribe of the Fort Totten Reservation to exchange or sell its real property holdings so as to consolidate its landholdings in North Dakota. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to take such actions as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
