A bill to authorize the changing of the status of refugees from Indochina from that of a parolee to that of a permanent resident alien.
Refugee Adjustment Act - Authorizes the changing of the status of refugees from Cambodia, Laos, or Vietnam, upon their application, from that of a parolee to that of a permanent resident alien.
Provides that any such change of status shall be in the discretion of the Attorney General.
