A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Army to convey certain lands to the city of Charleston, Ark.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to convey portions of Fort Chafee to the city of Charleston, Arkansas. Specifies that such conveyance shall be made without consideration subject to the condition that such property shall be used for water impoundment for municipal and industrial needs or for flood control purposes. Provides that such property shall revert to the United States upon a determination that the property is not being used for such purposes.
