A bill to amend the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933 in order to increase the number of members on the board of directors of such Authority to five.
Revises the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933 to increase the number of members on the board of directors of such Authority to five.
Provides that after the date of enactment of this Act, appointments to the board shall provide representation at all times from each of the three States consuming the largest amounts of power produced by the Tennessee Valley Authority.
