Civil Rights Commission Authorization Act - Raises the authorized appropriations for the United States Commission on Civil Rights to $7,843,000 for fiscal year 1976, $1,975,000 for the transitional period, $10,276,000 for each of fiscal years 1977 and 1978, and such additional amounts necessary in each of those fiscal years for increases in salary, pay, retirement, and other employee benefits authorized by law.
