Establishes a Commission on United States Participation in the United Nations with 15 members, to be appointed as specified in this Act. Directs the Commission to conduct a full study of the United Nations and the United States participation therein.
Specifies those powers given to the Commission to carry out the provisions of this Act.
Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
