A bill to amend the Tariff Schedules of the United States with respect to certain footwear.

Imposes a duty, under the Tariff Schedules of the United States, on the importation into the United States of footwear the sole and heel of which are over 50 percent by weight of such footwear with at least 10 percent by weight of such sole and heel being rubber.
