A bill to amend the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Development Act so as to expand the boundaries of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park to include certain lands within the areas from North Branch to Cumberland, Maryland.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to expand the boundaries of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park to include specified lands within the areas from North Branch to Cumberland, Maryland.

Directs the Secretary to establish a visitors' center for the Park.

Authorizes appropriations of sums necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
