A bill to repeal the act of May 10, 1926 (44 Stat. 498), relating to the condemnation of certain lands of the Pueblo Indians in the State of New Mexico.

Repeals the provisions of Federal law which (1) provide for the condemnation of the lands of the Pueblo Indians in New Mexico for public purposes, and (2) make the laws of the State of New Mexico applicable in such proceedings.

Provides that immediately upon enactment of this Act, all proceedings and actions pursuant to such provisions pending or commenced on the date of enactment of this Act shall be held and considered to have terminated as of the date of enactment of this Act, and thereafter to be of no force and effect.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to grant a right-of-way renewal across Pueblo lands without Pueblo consent where the original right-of-way was obtained through litigation initiated under the Act of May 10, 1926, and such renewal is for one period not to exceed ten years.

Directs the Secretary to receive require fair market value as compensation for such grant.
