A bill to authorize the establishment of a Water Resources Mitigation Advisory Board.

Establishes a Water Resources Mitigation Advisory Board to evaluate complaints of the potential adverse impact of proposed or actual civil work projects undertaken by the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, and to make recommendations on any requested mitigation. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act.
