A bill to amend the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 to authorize the President to suspend credit for export to certain countries.

Authorizes the President, under the Export-Import Bank Act, to suspend the extension of credits by the Export-Import Bank to countries which are restricting exports to the United States or which are maintaining increased prices for such exports.
