Hazardous Materials Transportation Act Amendments - Requires shippers of hazardous materials (presently "extremely hazardous") to file registration statements with the Secretary of Transportation.
Authorizes to be appropriated in future fiscal years such sums as are necessary to carry out the purposes of the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act.
