Removes the reservation of use for school purposes of block 10 of the original townsite patented to the city of Hobart, Kiowa County, Oklahoma.
Requires that a reversionary interest in the United States be included in any document of transfer or conveyance to the board of education which will take effect if ever such property so transferred or conveyed ever ceases to be used for school purposes.
