Authorizes, under the International Travel Act of 1961, additional appropriations for transition periods in 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979, to carry out specified programs funded under such Act. Authorizes appropriations to the Secretary of Interior for fiscal years 1976-1978 to promote, through the National Park Service, travel within the United States.
Directs the Secretary of Commerce to promote and develop travel within the United States through activities which are in the public interest and which do not complete with activities of any State, city, or private agency.
