Reduces from 20 to 10 years the period of time that a divorced woman's marriage to an individual must have lasted for her to qualify for wife's or widow's benefits on the basis of the wages and self-employment income of such individual under the Federal Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance program of the Social Security Act.
