Summary

Prescribes the method of distributing funds previously appropriated to pay specified Indian Claims Commission judgments to the Sac and Fox Tribe of Oklahoma, the Sac and Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa, and the Sac and Fox Tribe of the Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska.

States that none of the funds distributed or held in trust under this Act shall be subject to Federal or State income taxes or be considered as the basis for denying or reducing the financial assistance or benefits due under any Federal or federally-assisted program.
