A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act so as to remove the limitation upon the amount of outside income which an individual may earn while receiving benefits thereunder.

Removes the limitation, as of January 1, 1974, upon the amount of outside income which an individual may earn while receiving benefits under the Old Age, Survivors, and Dis- ability Insurance program of the Social Security Act.
