Small Business Act Amendments

Small Business Act Amendments - Authorizes the Small Business Administration to quarantee leases of personal property to small businessmen under the S.B.A. lease guarantee program.

Authorizes the Administration to cancel the principal amount of disaster loans made to retired and low-income borrowers for home repairs upon the death of the borrower.

Increases the maximum loan guarantee amount available through the S.B.A. Equal Opportunity Loan program from $50,000 to $100,000.

Raises the local development company loan maximum from $350,000 to $500,000.

Authorizes the Administration to render financial and other assistance to small businesses displaced by State and local urban renewal projects.
