A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Army to preserve, restore, interpret and maintain historical property located on Federal lands under his control and jurisdiction.

States that buildings and structures of historical significance located upon Federal lands at any water resources development project under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Army may be preserved and restored by the Secretary.

Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act.
