A bill to authorize certain payments to States from National Forest receipts during the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, and for other purposes.

Provides that National Forest receipts earned during the transition period of July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, shall be available to the States for distribution for public schools and roads and trails in accordance with the formula and manner specified in existing law.
