A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to authorize expanded home health services under Medicare.

Authorizes expanded home health services under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act.

Authorizes appropriations from general revenues to the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust and to the Federal Supplementary Medical Insurance Trust Fund for fiscal years beginning with 1976 of amounts necessary to reimburse such trust funds with 100 percent of the expenditures required to expand the program authorized by this Act.
