A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act so as to clarify the meaning of the term "outpatient physical therapy services" in so far as such term includes speech pathology services provided by certain persons.

Redefines the meaning of the term "outpatient physical therapy services" under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to include speech pathology services provided by clinic, agency, or provider eligible under the Medicare program.
