A bill to authorize the position of crier-clerk within the judicial branch of the Government of the United States, and for other purposes.

Provides that each clerk appointed by a district judge shall perform, in addition to his other duties, such duties assigned in the office of the clerk of the court when authorized by the U.S. Judicial Conference. (Amends 28 U.S.C. 755)
