A bill to authorize the establishment of the Atlantic Wetlands Research Center.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Atlantic Wetlands Research Center for the purpose of protecting, maintaining, and increasing the productivity of wetlands which are of particular importance in maintaining the Atlantic flyway waterfowl population. Authorizes the Secretary to establish an advisory council to represent the views of interested agencies, organizations, and institutions. Authorizes appropriations of sums necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
