A bill to amend Chapter 83 of Title 5, United States Code, to eliminate, subsequent to the death of an individual named as having an insurable interest, the annuity reduction made in order to provide a survivor annuity for such an individual.

Eliminates subsequent to the death of an individual named as having an insurable interest under a Federal employee's retirement annuity, the annuity reduction made in order to provide a survivor annuity for such an individual. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8339 (K) (1))
