A bill to amend the act of August 20, 1963, as amended, relating to the construction of mint buildings.

Authorizes to be appropriated through fiscal year 1983 such sums as may be necessary for construction of mint buildings, equipment, and building sites.

Stipulates that the aggregate of such sums appropriated may not exceed $105,000,000
