A bill to provide for the distribution of funds appropriated to pay judgments in favor of the Cowlitz Tribe of Indians by the Indian Claims Commission in docket numbered 218.

Establishes guidelines for the distribution of funds appropriated by the Act of July 1, 1973, to pay judgements in favor of the Cowlitz Tribe of Indians by the Indian Claims Commission in docket numbered 218.

Directs the Secretary of Interior to prepare a list of persons eligible for such funds.

Provides that funds shall be distributed as follows: (1) $10,000 shall be set aside for the purchase of lands for the benefit of the Cowlitz Tribe; (2) the balance shall be distributed by the Secretary per capita to those eligible for enrollment.

Authorizes the Secretary to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
