Makes it unlawful for a former employee of the United States or of the District of Columbia to knowingly seek employment or receive compensation for services rendered where such former employee participated in the decision to approve a grant or other financial authorization for such employment while still so employed.
Imposes a penalty of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than two years or both for a violation of the provisions of this Act.
