A bill to declare that certain submarginal land of the United States shall be held in trust for certain Indian tribes and be made a part of the reservations of said Indians.
Provides that specified submarginal lands purchased by the United States under authority of emergency relief measures of the 1930's and now administered by the Secretary of the Interior for the benefit of specified Indian tribes shall be held by the United States in trust for such tribes.
Requires that all receipts received prior to the date of enactment of this Act which directly relate to any land conveyed by this Act shall be deposited to the credit of the Indian tribe receiving such land.
Provides that all gross receipts earned by the United States subsequent to this Act or otherwise from such lands shall be administered in accordance with laws and regulations applicable to receipts from property held in trust for Indian tribes.
