Provides that the Supreme Court, notwithstanding specified provisions of law, shall not have jurisdiction to review, by appeal, writ, or certiorari, any case arising out of any State statute, or arising out of any Act interpreting, applying, or enforcing a State statute which concerns the exercise of free religious expression or the saying of voluntary prayers in public shcools or other public buildings.
States that the limitations applied under this Act to the Supreme Court also shall apply to U.S. district courts. (Adds 28 U.S.C. 1259, 1363)
