A bill to authorize the establishment of the City of Rocks National Monument in the State of Idaho.

Authorizes the establishment of the City of Rocks National Monument in the State of Idaho, in order to preserve geological formations and unique historical values.

Limits such monument to 32,000 acres. States that the grazing use of public land outside the core area of the monument shall be deemed to be a compatible use.

Authorizes appropriations necessary to carry out this Act.
