A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide a tax credit for amounts spent by an individual to conserve energy used in heating and cooling his home.

Allows a tax credit under the Internal Revenue Code for an amount equal to 20 percent, but not in excess of $100, of the individuals energy-saving home improvement expenses.
