A resolution providing for funds for the expenses of investigations and studies to be conducted by the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.

Authorizes $15,000 for the further expenses of investigations and studies to be conducted by the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs.

Allocates $5,000 of the total amount provided by this resolution to procure the services of consultants.

Directs that no part of the funds authorized by this resolution shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other committee of the House.
