Resolution relative to the impact of garment and textile imports upon employment in the garment industry of the United States.

Directs the House Committee on Education and Labor to evaluate the impact of those garments and textiles produced in part or in whole in a facility outside of the United States, upon unemployment, in the garment industry in the United States, and upon unemployment generally in the United States.
