Resolution to provide for the further expenses of the Committee on Education and Labor for the investigations and studies to be conducted pursuant to rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives.

Authorizes the expenditure of $2,320,000 for further expenses of the investigations and studies to be conducted by the House Committee on Education and Labor. Allocates $145,000 of such funds for each of the eight standing subcommittees of the Committee on Education and Labor.

Directs that no more than $25,000 of the total amount provided by this resolution may be used to procure the services of consultants.

Prohibits the use of any part of the funds authorized by this resolution for expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other committee of the House.
