Resolution to provide for an investigation by the Committee on Education and Labor relative to the impact of garment and textile imports on employment in the garment industry in the United States.

Directs the House Committee on Education and Labor to initiate an investigation designed to evaluate the impact of those garments and textiles produced in part or in whole in a facility outside of the United States, upon unemployment, in the garment industry in the United States, and upon unemployment generally in the United States.
