Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to establish the Committee on Internal Security.

Amends clause 1 of rule 2 of the Rules of the House of Representatives to establish the Committee on Internal Security. Authorizes the Committee to investigate subversive activities affecting the internal security of the United States. Authorizes the Committee to make investigations of activities within the United States of organizations or groups which seek to establish, or assist in the establishment of, a totalitarian dictatorship within the United States, or to overthrow or alter, or assist in the overthrow or alteration of, the form of government of the United States or of any State thereof, by force, violence, treachery, espionage, sabotage, insurrection, or any unlawful means.

Requires the Committee to hold hearings and issue subpenas as necessary to carry out the provisions of this resolution.
