A resolution providing for meetings of the House on Tuesday and Fridays, authority to receive messages and sign enrollments, authority to declare recesses, and authority to call up resolutions from the Committee on Rules without a two-thirds vote for the remainder of the first session, 94th Congress.

Provides that during the remainder of the first session of the 94th Congress the House shall meet only Tuesdays and Fridays of each week.

Authorizes the Clerk of the House to receive messages from the Senate and the President. Authorizes the Speaker to sign bills and joint resolutions passed by the two houses and enrolled, notwithstanding adjournment.

States that it shall be in order during the remainder of the first session to consider reports from the Committee on Rules. Suspends, during the remainder of the first session requirements of a two thirds vote to consider such reports.
