Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution the House of Representatives shall concur in specified Senate amendments to H.R. 10284 with House amendments including: (1) provisions relating to health services; (2) provisions relating to food stamps provided to families; and (3) revision of the Internal Revenue Code as relates to irrigation dams which have a subordinate use in connection with the generation of electric energy.
