Stipulates that during the remainder of the first session of the 94th Congress it shall be in order to consider conference reports and amendments reported from conference in disagreement on the same day reported or any day thereafter. Stipulates that it shall be in order for the remainder of such session for the Speaker at any time to entertain motions to suspend the rules.
