Resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives relative to limiting arms sales.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the President should seek to include as an item on the agenda of both the Economic Summit Conference and the Conference on International Economic Cooperation the issue of arms sales.

States that the President should offer to voluntarily limit United States weapons sales during the next fiscal year, provided other major weapons suppliers join us in seeking multilateral limitations on international arms sales.
