Resolution relating to the United Nations and Zionism.

States that the House of Representatives condemns the resolution adopted by the General Assembly which equates Zionism with racism. Calls for reconsideration of such amendment.

Expresses opposition to United States participation in the Decade for Action to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination so long as that program remains distorted by the above U.N. resolution.
