Resolution to express concern over the attempted takeover of the Copperweld Corp., by a foreign corporation.

Directs the House committees on Education and Labor and Armed Services and other committees designated by the Speaker to investigate the effect on American employment and the national defense, of the acquisition by Societe Imetal of Copperweld Corporation.

Calls for intervention by the House of Representatives to seek an injunction barring such acquisition until such time as the committees have completed the inquiries.
