Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to allow Members to revise and extend their remarks in the Congressional Record without the approval of the Speaker of the House.

Allows Members of the House of Representatives to revise and extend their remarks in the Congressional Record without the approval of the Speaker or the House if such revisions are delivered to the Government Printing Office no later than midnight of the day such remarks are made.
