Resolution to establish limitations with respect to the withdrawal of funds from the stationery allowances of Members of the House of Representatives.

Provides that no Member of the House of Representatives shall draw funds against the stationery allowance without a receipt of purchase for stationery items. Directs that when a Member of the House ceases to serve as a Member, the amount of his allowance not expended shall be paid to the contingent fund of the House.

Provides that a Member of the House, elected for a portion of a term, shall not receive a lump sum as a prorated share of the allowance but shall be entitled to such amount in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
