Resolution creating a select committee to conduct an investigation and study of the alleged gasoline shortage and recent and anticipated price rises in the price of gasoline.

Creates an 11-member House of Representatives select committee to conduct an investigation of the gasoline shortage and anticipated rises in the price of gasoline.

Gives the select committee the powers necessary to carry out the provisions of this resolution. Directs the committee to report the results of its investigation to the House during the present Congress.
