Resolution modifying certain investigatory authority conferred by House Resolution 138.

Abolishes the Select Committee on Intelligence. Provides that the funds authorized for the use of such Committee may be expended for a period not to exceed thirty days for staff salaries and expenses incurred prior to this resolution. Directs that all materials of the committee shall be transferred to the Committee on Rules.
