Resolution to declare U.S. sovereignty and jurisdiction over the Panama Canal Zone.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the Government of the United States should maintain and protect its sovereign rights and jurisdiction over the Panama Canal and the Canal Zone. Provides that the Government should not relinquish any authority over such Canal and Zone to any other nation or organization.
